The Funeral

Mr George Benjamin passed away. Went to the funeral yesterday. The 94-year-old choir master might be single, but people thronged his funeral function in his ancesteral home, which showed the popularity and respect for the man in the town. There was no wailing, no crying but, melodious hymn flowed in the air by the choir group. Perhaps, it must be his students who wanted to pay respect for the man who devoted his life entirely for music. Returned with a heavy heart.
